What Revlon Foundation Is Waterproof?

The new learning: educational coaching Leopoldo Abadia

teaching since 1990, by twenty years of teaching at university and in business. It's twenty years of conferences, workshops, seminars and conferences. And it seems like yesterday ... I've always tried to make real class experiential learning spaces non-teaching. And year after year, I think, I've been daring to make and use a variety of different methodologies. Since 2000 I've been using coaching techniques in the classroom, and yet, after ten years of experience, while still amaze and surprise. If you are professional teachers know what I mean when you get notes that magnetize and get involved in the classroom. That's a real challenge and not always possible or always have the same strength or motivation. But despite all these factors, what I have clear is that the methodology of coaching is truly transformational in the classroom. Working from the student is very powerful, but yes, not allowed or egos, or hierarchies, or arrogance or pride. It is a place to share not to challenge. Development is an area of no control. It is an area of freedom rather than rigidity. It is a space of autonomy rather than sovereignty. I invite you to watch this video and further reflection on the coaching education. And tell me what you think.
