Surfactant On Airflow

deliver " Black Box? Battery status

I can assure you that the medical history is like the "black box" of an airplane and, therefore, the object you seek to unravel what happened or at least closer to know.

In this unpleasant moment that someone believes that it will have "fixed" it - let alone if we have "broken" - is sure to receive a formal administrative or judicial proceeding to give all the H ª C ª and Incidentally, a report in which we can summarize and clarify what we see fit. Several options here, from obedience and fast (which I recommend) to not send anything through sending things by halves. (From everything I've seen it all there in the vineyard of the Lord).

The Supreme Court, in more than one occasion, pointed out the duty of delivery of this documentation noting, incidentally, not and a reversal of the burden of proof to the defendant but, worse, may be in itself demonstrative of culpable negligence. For example: " The absence of history is an additional negligence, of a bureaucratic ... and as there was no diligence but rather patent negligence, responsibility is undeniable." (STS, Sala 1 ª, May 24, 1999). Lighter should not be many.

The privacy, medical confidentiality, privacy, retention of subjective notes and so many beautiful things in health-patient relationship, YIELD. What is legal basis to hold on the resistance to surrender all H ª C ª? Sure, but also to the contrary.

As someone I know says that exercising in a Provincial Court: What Histoooriaaa not send me the ...? And you already know the aphorism: "The law is what judges say, and the rest is nonsense."
