Consumer Report Trimmer

will change consumption. Chilean presidential election

the voter has spoken, the conclusion is mortally wounded and seeks to preserve the furniture in the second round to avoid a radical generational change shown necessary in all organic structures of the parties that comprise it.

Skip to second round with a handicap of more than 14 percentage points is not a success for a coalition that has spent 20 years winning elections. the electoral maelstrom that marks the entrance to the second round should not obscure that it is essential to the regeneration policy each and every one of the top leadership of the highly successful conclusion.

The appearance of ME-O factor has already changed the political landscape and could even generate a change in the political system but could end up simply precipitating a change in the elites of the progressive structure of the country.

Marco Enriquez-Ominami has garnered a more than worthy achieving 20% of votes which is quite encouraging electoral ground for a hypothetical leadership.
can not ignore the more than 20% of progressive voters that their vote showed the party officials who are not on the right path. Setting be mistaken strategically to make any gesture toward conciliation, although it is clear that their preference in this race has a clear color freista. He has already stated that both are the same and it will continue to argue with his line of the campaign.
For Marco, the key strategic objective as a future leader must be to form a new coalition that will generate enough hope and be consistent enough to generate a new change after the almost certain victory Piñera. he must be the leader of the opposition to the employer and to spite it must have progressive parties and social sectors and capacity to mobilize more resources to those who supported in his first electoral adventure. In this sense, I'm talking to Marco has to look a scenario approach with PS, PPD and Radical Party as long as the leadership of these parties to regenerate deeply. Frei A defeat for more than 4 percentage points could precipitate this regenerative process and generate the necessary political opportunity that Marco Enriquez Ominami conditions is confirmed as the emerging political figure that Chile needs for the next decade.

Thus, in a context of declining political cooperation, it is vital to the regeneration, not just the leadership of the large post-Pinochet party establishment but also the political system and parties were given by the 1980 Constitution .

is vital to change pictures on the party leadership. In this sense, becomes more important for the resignation of historical figures such as Latour or Camilo Escalona, who for example in the case of socialist helmsman have received the worst punishment they could inflict the polls. PS The role of Chile in the new political environment in the country, is at least gray. With 11% of the vote, punishment Escalona must come after the January 17, whatever the outcome of the presidential election. No one can fail to take into account the loss of senior cadres, senators and congressmen who have supported during this time the candidacy of Marco Enriquez-Ominami and the decrease in 4 seats in the last elections, leaving a void significant political capital. To display the current situation we see today PS UDI score is twice the PS. For all these reasons, sound the trumpets of war to the current succession within the party helm. In this sense, we have expressed Fluvencio leaders like Rossi or Alvaro Elizalde. In all this future addition and subtraction game, we must not forget the possible landing of ME-O condition back into the fold of the former socialist maverick, but also the possible role of other characters such as Carlos Ominami, Valenzuela and Navarro, that were important in the PS and they were forced to resign due to the riprap of Escalona.

is possible that the PPD is being prepared for a landing as the aforementioned, Auth said as his willingness to resign to save the agreement if that is the condition that Marco Enriquez Ominami, authentic key figure in this balotage, required to make a gesture to guide the vote of the electorate towards the conclusion.

But strategically, and as it did in the ME-O campaign should aim at the absolute collapse of the agreement, and thus the network of patronage that has been established to present a new movement. That is, to what Tilly called substitution elites as part of a political revolution, in this case constitutional, opening the doors to social participation strata and political trends currently marginalized in the Chilean political game. Many are the topics: the separation of powers (the establishment and deepening of presidentialism), mandatory registration, decentralization and representation of regions, Chileans vote abroad.

Many authors have located since the time of a tripolar Alessandri Chilean society. According to them, can be divided into thirds in terms of its accession to the political spectrum. Following this line argue, some percentage of Eduardo Frei voters are progressive. And they show that the distance between ME-O and Frei in big cities, see Santiago and Valparaiso has not been as large as 9% in those who remained at the end. It is also remarkable the positive outcome of ME-O in the regions of Antofagasta and Atacama, so as to say that his Achilles heel has been the Bio-Bio region.

Frei The imposition of a candidate, almost threatened to break the alliance, has led the DC to create a deep flaw in the Alliance

And why the appearance of Marcus has meant a change? Well, first, because it has opened the Chilean political sectors that were previously delink with matches, structures and institutions and has put on the table and policy issues to day Today both presidential candidates have had to take in search of angling for votes. That is, has served as the vanguard for many sectors of opinion within the system inputs and outputs of the Chilean political system. In this direction has been channeling regionalist demands, gay, human rights associations, residents, scholars and animal welfare. Today all reicindicaciones are in the country's political agenda and that is the biggest political asset ME-O.En Secondly, has ended the binomial between right and consultation leading to a third option capable of governing. And finally, has precipitated the future renewal agreement

Where Does The Name Cresta Come From

Introduction.

On December 13, 2009 will be produced for election to the presidency of the Republic of Chile. And the truth is that the country at the end of the world walks stirred the political scene as its economy continues to walk on the path of the Chilean economic miracle. While it is true that he has suffered a slight setback due to the financial crisis that has ravaged the planet in recent quarters.

During the 20 years of democracy, Chile has been able to successfully combine the consolidation of democratic institutions and structural reforms have led to good economic dynamics. Thus, it is one of the countries the region where more has reduced the rate of poverty and illiteracy, which is less than 2.5%. Shade in this light we find that the difference between those who earn more and less has increased, one of the largest on the continent.

Politically, the Chilean state is considered as democratic development index developed by the German Konrad Adenauer Foundation and the Internet portal Polilat.com Latin American politics as the leader of Latin America.

In this sense, the English Prime Minister Jose Luis Rodriguez Zapatero, said a couple of years that English companies were " taste "in Chile because they work in a 'serious and modern," "an example for Latin America and the world" (1)

The presidential system of coalitions and balotage been able to generate greater stability due to the reduction of the political spectrum that occurred during the transition. This factor during the time of that could be vital, but today there has been a delinking between civil society and political parties became evident that the liberal and presidential system is in crisis. Disconnected groups are seeking new ways of participation and as such a new democratic process is being sued. In this sense, the state should return to center negotiations between groups, as it was during the time of the ISI and as is starting to be in the Bachelet government. Semipresidentialism reelection and more powers to parliament, deepening decentralization and participatory democracy may be some viable solutions to address this democratic deficit. But the truth is that the rigidity of the constitution of 1980 and the stagnation of the political elite, this change is in sight really stuck. The delinking of these groups occurs during the transition, resulting in a rearrangement of the elites and leaving the Communist Party out of the political game and more specifically cornering margin capable of governing partnerships.

So from my point of view, the Chilean presidential system has been inefficient from the point of view of legitimacy in making decisions of leaders to citizens due to various factors. First to increase presidential powers and the consequent reduction of the parliamentarian. Other important factors are the previously mentioned delinking and the creation of an elite institution and the centralization of power.

The coalition agreement as hegemonic.

The conclusion comes when the opposition against the military junta is strengthened in the 80's. In this time, the Christian Democrats turned their position with the aim of defending human rights and therefore. Began working with some parties and organization of the political spectrum on the left.

At the same time the economic crisis in 80 years, emerged a state crisis. Social demands crystallized and the elites saw the need to adapt to new social and political context. Political elites, along with the traditional political parties mobilized a protest against the continuation of authoritarian rules and pro-establishment and began to negotiate the return of the military to the barracks. Thus, civilian elites were negotiating agreements that could facilitate the transition to civilian rule and democracy. (2)

Another cause of the formation of the conclusion is that foreign aid was opposed by the international structures of the national parties like the Socialist International (3) and programs of U.S. Human Rights (4 )

political parties were in the plebiscite of 1988 the opportunity to formalize a necessary political change through peaceful means and with the support of external actors. Decided to take the form of multi-party agreement under the 1980 constitution. In fact it was the only way to set application. Thus, Christian Democrats, PPD, PS and the Radical Party formed a coalition of parties with the aim of winning the 1988 referendum. The Communists were excluded from the political game from the spot. After winning the presidential elections were held plebiscite which attended as political education.

But it was not an easy process, because in the words of Linz and Caverrozi the Chilean military had a stronger position in the transition process to other dictatorships of the same kind in the Southern Cone. This was possible because they created the constitution and therefore established the rules of the game.

Michelle, My girl.

When Bachelet came to power, promised to be a different policy. This statement of intent was not new in the history of Chilean democracy and the promise of a closer relationship with citizens has been an eternal constant in politics in the country. But given the 76% approval rating, one of the largest in the Americas, seems to have achieved the goal promised by their innovative work in the field, which has caused many Chileans watch as a protective figure, is that as the Mother of the nation.

The fact is that Bachelet was not easy. Former minister of defense and divorced mother, reopened the big malls to be elected the first president of the Southern Cone without the condition of a widow's political reputation. But it was his experience at the head of a military institution with a strong conservative and patriarchal tradition, which gave the doctor the influence Bachelet to address the critical needs of a society that male political thought.

Victim of Pinochet's regime, continues to pursue the same goals during her youth but in a more pragmatic as reflected in these statements:

I love what the Greeks said: "Pragmatism is the ability to realize Dreams. " It's true! In the end, no question to be pragmatic and be pragmatic, but because we've basically managed to reduce poverty, we have succeeded in making a country develops. (5)

According to The Economist (Sept, 17th, 2009) is based on success that has forced some compromises such as moving heavy weights in the cabinet and delegate more. The second reason is that, while carrying out a fiscal rigor (in some political costs) choose to develop social protection policies and promoting equality of opportunity, its main priority. His government is building kindergartens for poor children 3.500. Has introduced a universal minimum pension and free health care has expanded to cover many situations. Its housing policy provides good quality homes in neighborhoods models. (6)

Election 2010 and the new political scene.

A presidential election December 13, 2009 attended by four candidates: Marco Enríquez Ominami, Sebastián Piñera, Eduardo Frei and Jorge Arrate. In this analysis I will focus on the first three because, according to opinion polls, are the three candidates vying for access to the second round.

The constitution sets the Chilean political system requires that voters who want to go to vote in elections, unlike in Europe, must be registered on the electoral roll. Thus the registered quota is less than qualified people to exercise the vote. This is a traditional factor in Latin American presidential systems, which encourages apathy towards politics and especially young people. In this regard, we register the awareness campaigns that have carried out consultation both as an independent candidate for the highest number of young people enrolled on the electoral roll.

traditional Issues Another presidential election when they occur is the eternal debate of the election. The liberal republics of South America born with the example of American presidentialism where there is a limitation the maximum term of 2 periods and a strong separation of powers. However, the limited mandate to only one presidential term in Chile is marked by the 1980 Constitution and to the fear of the military and continued strong government that would institute reforms and political trials of the former regime.

addition, the debate presidential / parliamentary system is marked by a deep tradition of the first in the continent. But from my point of view, could cause a shoulder semipresidentialism presidential powers through greater control of the cameras and therefore could be given the ability to avoid the endless argument reelection of populism and the perpetuation of a leader in power. So political leaders would not be obsolete once won the elections and could carry out long-term major projects without thinking on revenue of immediate popularity. In the current context and to a hypothetical election to re-election, President Bachelet would continue another four years in La Moneda.

The fact that the candidate of the consultation does not start as a favorite is another of the factors influencing the elections and the electoral campaign. For the first time since the elections that took place after the referendum, the election dispute agreement to the contras. The fact that they are the first elections Pinochet is another factor no less important. We consider

Marco Enríquez Ominami as an outsider who appears in the Chilean political scene in coalitional competition. It has no stable party structures nor pictures extremely adept at the art of government. Is supported by some former members of the dialogue that took the road as the wayward and the Humanist party structure. However, due to its origins and its political activity in recent years as the "unruly member" can say that if that is part of the country's elite. In this sense, Marco Enríquez-Ominami is a television producer and part of the tradition of the Chilean left. Hence the tired heroes documentary which examines the transformation of the elites of the left during the transition and its willingness to deal with the military inaction to achieve democracy. Career philosopher and filmmaker by profession, at age 36 Marco Enríquez Ominami, son of MIR leader Miguel Enriquez, is a serious candidate in the presidential race. ME-O

comes as demand for reclamation within the political system and disenchanted voters hope they want a break from the establishment. In this sense, reflects the demands of the groups mentioned above were the delinking. Because

to lack of space to compete in a primary in the alleged agreement, the candidate decided to run independently thereby giving up his membership in the Socialist Party.

depletion of the conclusion, after nearly 20 years of rule is a consequence of the absence of renewal of its domes leaders and key players in the coalition. Here we find one of the reasons why not spread the popularity and approval by the Chilean President Bachelet. This model agreement is clinched.

Ricardo Lagos himself acknowledged that the arrival of the deputy "ordered to retire" to leaders first division of the Coalition are now "old cracks." And the diagnosis is common: the popularity of presidential candidate is a clear call for the renewal of the leadership faces in ruling. The issue is debated especially in the PS and PPD, which began to articulate movement towards internal elections, scheduled for April or May 2010. But it has also taken renewed strength in the DC.

For example, Congressman Fulvio Rossi, the PS, says that "The application of Enriquez-Ominami made clear what many have long wanted to hide and that is the need to produce a replacement, (7)

The presidential recandidatura Eduardo Frei Ruiz-Tagle, son of Frei, after 10 years of his tenure in the currency is at least, exemplary of the patent lack of feedback we've spoken.

This nomination is the biggest strategic mistake that has been taking concerted action because it represents all those negative values which society identifies with the early maturity of democracy in the country. First, the stagnation and despotism of the political elite who have survived the years and even over generations.

Secondly, because it represents the adaptation of elites and the pact that developed in Chile during the Chilean transition to democracy. In this sense, Eduardo Frei advance in the recovery of historical memory and in recognition of victims of dictatorship or the deepening of the trial by the responsibilities of crimes against humanity that occurred in that gray period in the history of the Chilean state.

It is true that some constitutional improvements took place during his administration, as well as economic growth was accompanied by an improvement in international relations of the state, which places Chile in the first row of the Latin American scene.

The current strategy of Eduardo Frei is the search of the vote on the left before a possible second round against the candidate of the Alliance Sebastián Piñera. In this sense, has declared heir Frei and Salvador Allende, forgetting that the shift of the DC during the Allende period facilitated the instability of this government. This statement may form part of a process of imitation of the candidate Marco Enriquez, whose father was a charismatic leader of the MIR during the administration of Dr. Allende. So Frei Ruiz Tagle is insisting on showing a guiding profile left again into the mass electoral consultation more dissatisfied and therefore more inclined to support the independent candidate.

campaign also is aimed at a duel with Marco Enríquez Ominami to get through to the second so we can get back the accumulation of votes from both candidates a chance to confront the conservative candidate of the alliance.

Sebastián Piñera is the leading candidate of the Alliance and the Coalition for Change. The entrepreneur who represents Chile's right to his last chance this policy to be president of Chile, as in 2005 and lost the election to current President Michelle Bachelet. Sebastián Piñera is the first time after the fall of Pinochet, the leader of the right trained according to the polls to be elected President. Despite leading in opinion polls, be seeing this nervous in these days of pre-campaign election. This is so because the sum of the other two candidates can destabilize the soil on which circulated as a high-speed train the Conservative candidate. We must remember that Piñera has been a leader capable of uniting for the first time, the various sectors of the conservative right, neocons, neo-liberal and Pinochet.

Moreover, Sebastián Piñera no longer be accused of lack of political experience because it takes a long political career as head of the alliance, national renewal and the various parliamentary structures of the Republic.

But perhaps its Achilles heel is in its relationship with business. Eduardo Frei recriminations in the last televised debate the lack of separation between 'politics and business, business and politics. " In this direction Piñera has much to defend: Talca Bank, LAN, Pharmaceutical.

Vtech Anwering Machine Directions

A after returning from Salamanca, where the Declaration was revised bearing the name of this beautiful city, where 15 years ago laid the foundation for what we know today as inclusive school.
was reviewed in the context of a world conference on inclusive education in which, in addition to reconnect with good friends (group of Vermont), have clarified some ideas. One of the issues that have surfaced in this context has been the consideration of colleagues and partners of students with disabilities as key elements for inclusion. Are those students with disabilities recognition that the school is essentially a place for socializing and not always have the opportunity to have full participation in interaction with their peers.
The same happens in families. In many cases, the interaction of the boy or the girl with disabilities with their brothers or sisters is not fully standardized and does not produce the desired results.
The document to which we link from this post we present a material prepared by Àngels Ponce Rivas, published, entitled FEAPS Supporting brothers. Is a material very practical, with activities directly applicable to groups of brothers and sisters of students with disabilities. But we dare to recommend further use with groups of students in general to make people tolerant, open to cooperation and not just worry about the disability if they have a close case.
undoubtedly is a very useful material to address the diversity work as content.

2009/2010 Reflections on the Schuman declaration

Despite numerous attempts to organize Europe under a single entity, it was not until the Schuman Declaration led by France when it became the cornerstone of this supranational entity with sovereign powers and institutions we know today as the European Union. Gone was the idea organized medieval Christianity, the utopia of Saint-Simon, Comte and Victor Hugo and military projects with geopolitical ambitions of domination.

The European integration arises from the need to rebuild after devastating consequences on social, economic and demographic that both world wars led on the old continent. In this sense and as a result of the Marshall plan boost cooperation between rival states just before capturing it with the creation of the ECSC and a rapprochement between France and Germany, expressed directly in the Schuman declaration. For this reason, that statement is one of the most ambitious step in the history of Europe, as not only pacified and reduced geopolitical tension between two of the central states of Europe but proposed cooperation between the two and put end the historic Franco-German antagonism. We recognize that the proposition resulting from the statement draws on the experience of international management system Rurh Basin.

With the Schuman declaration terminating the system of internationalization of the basin, entering Germany to its operation on an equal footing under the European Coal and Steel Community (ECSC). The treaty was signed between Germany, Italy, France and the three Benelux states, came into force on July 23, 1952 (Mangas, and Linan A, D, 40:4,2006).

We must also emphasize that the membership of the process, took shape a community safety project based on the integration project. This project is built on a meta-securitization: the fear that Europe's future as its past was if allowed to fragmentation and fluctuations in the balance of power back. (Buzan, Wæver B, O, 353 1, 2005)

Schuman declaration opens European regionalism from the perspective of integration of states. In this sense we say that this process is a pioneer in regard to the transfer of sovereignty by states and the subsequent creation of autonomous institutions. Therefore, this paper provides the beginning of a long process of building the institutions and the European identity that reaches our days and he has done the EU may have powers in fields as diverse as economics, agriculture, transport and international cooperation . This regionalism emerged during the Cold War period, which is another factor that shapes the European bloc, and that is why it is relevant because, according to the thesis of Fawcett and Hurrell regionalism is a feature of the international order post Cold War ("regionalism in historical perspective", 1995), where regions become new international actors, as we illustrate in the case of other regional entities such as MERCOSUR.

THE ZUBIA (GRANADA) WALK TO SCHOOL BACK ARE INCLUSIVE

l IES E Laurel de la Reina, La Zubia (Granada) is a focal point for all those that we care about the inclusive school. The center conducts a years experience inclusion of students with Down syndrome within the normal dynamics of the center. Keys to success: collaborative work of teachers, educational community involvement, coordinated participation of professionals outside the school, change in methodology (project work, cooperative learning ...) but, above all, enthusiasm and effort.

In the following video, broadcast on the program Club Ideas of RTVA are summarized succinctly the key ideas of this experience, of course, can be extended to all students with Down syndrome, with any disability or without any special educational needs.

How To Get Rid Of Metal Taste In Canned Soup

And here again, today is full of energy (I hope that everyone you may have the same feeling and the rest give way to the impetus to undertake new projects.)
... and to return our company in favor of diversity, we have chosen to reproduce a quote from Robert Barth (1990) which appears in a classic of the inclusive school, we mean to Inclusive Classrooms of Stainback and Stainback (2001). The quote, which sums up quite clearly our perception of difference, says:
"I prefer that my children were in a school where differences are desired, they pay attention and be held as opportunities learning. The question that worries many people is: what are the limits of diversity from which a behavior is unacceptable? ... But the question I would like to be raised most often is: how can we make a conscious and deliberate use of differences in social class, gender, age, ability, race and interests as resources for learning? ... The differences offer great opportunities for learning. The differences are a free resource, abundant and renewable. I would like our impulsive need to eliminate the differences could be replaced by an equally obsessive interest to use them to improve teaching. The important thing for people, and schools-is different, not alike. "

I welcome all.

arts and mathematics. A step towards integrated curriculum.

E n We have repeatedly argued that quality education for all and all involve significant changes in the design of the curriculum. One of these changes clearly point to the configuration of an integrated curriculum, in which reality is perceived as object of knowledge which can be accessed from different subjects, but always from a global and interdisciplinary perspective.
Of course, knowing the current reality, the vast majority of schools, arrive at the top of this objective would be like trying to climb a huge staircase one step. For this reason, we think it can go up step by step, making small (but important) concessions to the coordinated work of several areas, prior to the construction of integrated curriculum that we are talking about.
An example of this union between two areas is found in the Project Kovalevskaya in the literature and mathematics come together and reach a perfect marriage. The document to which we link from this post is a powerpoint presentation of Margarita Marín (Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha), one of the members of the project.
To learn more about this exciting field (which I just discovered) I strongly recommend the number 50 (January-February-March 2009) of UNO magazine Graó Publishers, devoted entirely to Literature and Mathematics : no be missed.

LIVING WITH THE CONFLICT. An interesting material.

E n the time we publish entries in this blog (and has spent considerable time) have appeared on several occasions related documents improvement of living together in the classroom. Of course, one of the ideas we want to "remove" from this blog is that false belief that an inclusive school relates only to the care of pupils with special educational needs. On the contrary, we argue that the inclusive school is a model of quality education for all pupils and, of course, in this search quality plays an important role improving the living.
in this way provides a recently published material Juan Gómez Lara (collective Amani) entitled Living with the Conflict. Conflict and Coexistence in the school. This material is discussed in clear terms the approach to the conflict in the classroom, exposing active strategies to capitalize on this the essence of life as an opportunity for learning. Just one more thing: the authorship of the text is by itself a guarantee.
We hope you find of interest.

ATTENTION TO THE DIVERSITY OF STUDENTS IN THE CLASSROOM AND PRIMARY EDUCATION

ace H few years, my colleagues at the Faculty Center commissioned me to carry a workshop for diversity at a conference organized traditionally in one of the locations in which we work. They held a conference in September (they kick off the course) and each year addresses a topic monograph. On that occasion the theme was the attention to diversity and, during that speech at the conference drew up a document that gave the audience and now recovered to put at your disposal. It is an "article" plain and simple, nothing convoluted, which offers some suggestions that could be applied in classrooms to better serve a diverse student body.

I hope will be of your interest.

THE INCLUSIVE SCHOOL LEADERSHIP BIBLIOGRAPHY

T ll the ingredients were ready to start preparing the recipe for an inclusive school: curriculum transformation had also found a little collaborative culture, a handful of commitment to change and a generous dose of teacher training. But he missed more effective leadership ...

Luckily, we found a great article M ª Teresa González González entitled DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION EDUCATION: SOME THOUGHTS ON LEADERSHIP IN SCHOOL which shelled all the aspects required for change in this sense. Leadership is not an act of heroism attached to a single person, but in an inclusive context, leadership is participation, collaboration, community ... is the organization itself that becomes leader.

It is certainly a very interesting article.

Inclusive School. Teacher training.

And to have spoken on many occasions the need to operate teacher training processes that contribute to knowledge of new forms of teach all students to enable educational models designed to take the listing. One of the ways that teachers find in their power to access such information is the implementation of self-learning processes that, in any case, include reading related publications with the theme you want to work.

The document to which we link from this post is a relationship annotated bibliography I've done to the comrades of the CEP of Toledo (thank you very much for everything). This list includes some publications that I found interesting to approach the inclusive school model without so much, that is, knowing that what you are reading is a good resource and we provide information to carry out practical action. Of course, as commented in the document itself, nor are all who are or are all they are, but hope it serves as a guide for readers and interested readers.

PARABLE OF INVITED TO DINNER AND CURRICULUM

times A simple text, a well explained example, a successful imitation may be the best way to understand the concept. In the text that follows, collected by Pere Pujol his book Different Student Learning Together (Octahedron) inclusive education compared with a dinner where there is a guest with features that prevent it fit the menu ( CV) procedure. This is the text:

The professor of education said to his disciples: "The school teacher can be compared to a well-respected nobleman who could cook very well and prepared a dinner for a group of friends." Seeing the puzzled faces of his disciples, the professor went on to explain: "A great man of a city he met an old acquaintance who had not seen for a long time. The great man had planned the day after a dinner with a group of friends who also knew, nor knew anything about him for many years, and invited him to dinner. The great man was a good cook and prepared dinner splendid: starters varied dishes of all kinds and a cake with candied fruits. All washed down with cava wines of Priorat and Penedes. The same day of the dinner, he realized that his old friend did not remember too well why-had to be careful with what I ate and certainly nothing that had been prepared with much care would be good. I phoned immediately [...] explaining what happened, and said he was sorry, it was better not to go to dinner and to warn him and when held next. Another great man of the same city was in the same situation. He had also prepared a fabulous dinner for friends and had invited an old friend of all with whom he had met a couple of days earlier. The evening of dinner, another guest made him realize that, if not remember, old friend could not eat anything. The nobleman, who had forgotten about it, he ran to phone her friend to ask if he still had the same problem and to tell him not to worry, that out anyway, as he prepared a dish of vegetables and fish the iron. Interestingly, a third great man of the same city, also well respected, he found an identical case. And when she had almost everything ready, it was agreed that one he had invited at the last minute [...] had to follow a strict diet. Then he changed the menu and running quickly: some selected entrants could also eat their old friend, put away the dishes in the freezer for another occasion and improvised a second course, also splendid, but everyone could eat, and also tweaked the cake and candied fruit instead of fruit put natural. When the hour of dinner, all together ate the same dishes that were offered to host. "
After this long explanation, the teacher asked to his disciples: "Which of these three last-minute guests must have felt more included in the dinner with old friends and acquaintances?"
"Without doubt, the third" , unanimously answered the disciples, without hesitating a moment.
"Indeed," agreed the professor of education. And the lesson continued, saying, "A selective school wants only to those disciples who can eat the menu that is prepared advance: a fixed curriculum. In contrast, an inclusive school is very different. Not even conform to prepare a special menu-a-adapted curriculum for a student who has trouble eating the main menu, ie the mainstream curriculum generates. An inclusive school is one that fits the general menu for everyone to eat, to be a common curriculum. ORGANIZATIONAL MEASURES OF ATTENTION TO DIVERSITY from an inclusive perspective. MATERIALS

Before starting the post, I would like to wish that 2009 comes loaded with new hopes and projects.

And to get a good start in the new year we will do a great resource developed by the CTROADI (Territorial Resource Center Orientation, Attention to Diversity and interculturalism) Tomelloso (Ciudad Real). This material entitled organizational and curricular measures ATTENTION TO DIVERSITY an inclusive becomes a practical and useful guide to help us usher in the way of an inclusive school with specific guidelines. The material, as well as a good introduction to what constitutes the concept of inclusive school, includes a wide range actions to school success: measures of attention to diversity, among which are many that we've been quoting in this blog others that we had not mentioned so far. Thus, including project work, cons teaching, workshops, work on areas of interest, dialogic learning (interactive groups), flexible grouping and a long list of measures on school and classroom to help achieve quality education for all.

sure the material will not disappoint you.
