BLIND AREAS OF EQUIPMENT (2): Bringing Discipline, Potion

The other day I made an entry analyzing one of the most important elements of the coaching team, the role of the observer. In fact, this post again later when deeper into the unconscious aspects of the team. But before we get all this I would like to delve into the disciplines have affected me most when I work from the coaching team and I think what I call conspire potion Panoramix. As you know, was the druid Panoramix the village that produced the magic potion for Asterix and Obelix.

Let

even so brief the following disciplines:

  1. CE owes much to the social psychology of groups . A fundamental step that EC is working to meet the enormous research that has existed since the 50's on the groups and has established a tradition of theories to this day.

  2. CE owes much to organizational behavior. Understanding the EC in organizations requires deeper in organizations and systems. Therefore, organizational behavior as a discipline has worked both from the individual aspect and from the aspect more group or organization.

  3. CE owes much to the sport and executive coaching . Undoubtedly, the source of his knowledge to be in the team due to his own executive coaching methodology, since no team leadership. Clearly, this perspective on computers is based on well known methodologies in the humanistic currents of the Gestalt.

  4. CE owes much to Emotional Intelligence the because every team is a shared emotional being, and that emotional contagion is really the object of analysis and management in the EC.

  5. CE owes much to the general systems theory . Based on the initial concepts of von Bertalanfy to mid-twentieth century, its importance today is still really impact. In the organizations we talk about systems, medical systems are spoken of in physics, ... this theory has become a "theory of theories.

Without being exhaustive if at least I wanted to put in order the main theories that impact my actions and my vision of team coaching. I think this will probably be easier to understand and continue with the deliveries I'm doing coaching teams to take account of the disciplines that nourish me.
