Discuss Gary Hamel is undoubtedly mention one of the great experts of Strategic Management of this planet, Professor of Strategy and International Management at London Business School and Distinguished Professor Business School of Harvard University has among its most famous books Competing for the Future and Leading the Revolution . The Economist has called the greatest guru in the world of strategy. It has eight articles in Harvard Business Review (HBR) being three of them Mckinsey Prize laureate for the best article of the year. Certainly it should be noted his article "The Core Competence of the Corporation" for his great impact on the business world.

Let me share some ideas and notes I have of this author of several conference their own:

· The business problem is not scarcity of resources but lack of imagination .

· need a new management people and organizations based on three qualities: creativity, courage and connections.

· leadership has nothing to do with bureaucratic power which is another thing ... Imagine an organization where I remove the title, office and penalties ... leadership is that ... a company where leaders come natural ... named leaders who look like us ... loss of genetic diversity ...

· "We have to grow what are our competitive advantages, and not a mere financial investors ..."

· "We need our people to extract new ideas ... need no work kind commodity (commodity) routinized where all" ...

· "We're not in a knowledge economy but in a creative economy ... the solution is to dramatically increase the potential and creative abilities of people ... How do we increase the creative potential of every job unleashing the creativity of each individual?
